This YA Fantasy novel has angst, romance, envy, jealousy—all of the things a teenage audience can relate to . . . Elizabeth does a great job . . . Without giving too much away, let's just say that this coming-of-age fantasy novel lets rebellious teens live vicariously through the main character, whose development is ongoing and comes to a head with a cacophonous climax that will leave the audience wanting more, and more they will get . . . in the sequel . . .
